These terms govern your use of https://ayaplus.in and the courses, exercises, live sessions and studio supplies offered on it by Aya Design Academy (aya+) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. Your account

  • You must give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • If you are under 18, you may use the platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where the law allows.

3. Courses and access

  • Buying or enrolling in a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view its lessons and take part in its exercises for as long as the course is offered on the platform.
  • Course videos, documents and materials belong to us or our instructors. You may not copy, download outside the platform, share, resell or publicly display them.
  • Preview lessons are free to watch without an account. All other lessons require enrolment.
  • Live sessions are scheduled by the instructor and run on third-party meeting services (such as Google Meet). Times may change; we will show the current time on the course page.

4. Your work

You keep ownership of the work you submit for exercises and assignments. You allow us and your instructors to store it, review it, give feedback on it and show it to you and your course staff. We will not use it publicly (for example in marketing) without asking you first. Do not submit work that you do not have the right to share.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown on the course or product page before you pay and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Where a course includes a studio supply kit, the kit is included in the course price and shipped at no extra charge.
  • Payments are processed by our payment partners (such as Razorpay). We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
  • Refunds and cancellations follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy; delivery of physical items follows our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Acceptable use

  • No harassment, hateful content or spam in questions, exercises or any other part of the platform.
  • No attempts to access another person's account, other studios' data, or parts of the platform you are not entitled to.
  • No scraping, recording or redistributing course content.

7. Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued when you complete every lesson and required exercise of a course. It records course completion on our platform; it is not an accredited academic qualification.

8. Liability

We work to keep the platform available and accurate but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced on the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [to confirm: jurisdiction city] have exclusive jurisdiction.
