Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Courses

• Every paid course has a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full course price.
• After 30 days, course purchases are not refundable.
• When a course is refunded, your access to its lessons, exercises and certificate ends.
• Free courses have nothing to refund; you can leave them at any time.

2. Courses that include a supply kit

• Before the kit is dispatched: cancel within the 30-day window and we refund the full price.
• After the kit is dispatched: we refund the full price once the kit is returned unused, in its original packaging. If you keep the kit, we refund the course price less the listed price of the kit's items on our Supplies page.

3. Studio supplies bought on their own

• Cancellation: you can cancel an order for a full refund until it is dispatched.
• Damaged, defective or wrong items: tell us within 14 days of delivery, with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or refund the item in full, including any return shipping.
• Change of mind: unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is at your cost.
• Opened consumables (inks, paints, paper) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

4. How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet).
• Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• We will email you when the refund is issued.

5. How to ask

Write to us from the email on your account using the details on the Contact Us page, with your order reference and the reason. We reply within 2 business days.
